Caroline is a freshman in high school. She is a member of Harvard University’s Making Caring Common Youth Advisory Board. Collaborating with 25 other students from across the country, the board works together to create projects that promote positivity and inclusivity in school environments. She is an active member of the Ecuadorian Association of Georgia, which works to celebrate Ecuadorian culture. Caroline is also a member of her school’s B.E.S.T. Club, which focuses on spending time and working with special needs students. Since 2015, she has worked with tutoring and mentoring elementary school students who do not speak English. She strongly believes today’s youth will plant the seeds for a better future. Caroline is passionate about writing, and loves to empower others through her words. She learned from an early age that spreading kindness and compassion is extremely important, especially since she was severely bullied when she was younger.
